Light Box 2 is the innovative 3D Business next-generation post-curing booth that is fast and easy to use.
The UV Light Box 2 UV Cabin uses innovative Dual Power Slab technology: with its dual UV light source, in just 5 minutes (3 minutes with the FAST option) it allows a high-performance 3D print to be post-processed, greatly improving its strength and uniformity.
Easy to use, once you set the digital timer to your preferred value, all you need to do is press the START button and you’re done. The value will be kept in memory for all subsequent treatments.
Concentrated Light
Thanks to concentrated light technology, the cabin does not emit UV light into the room even when activated with its wide open door. All UV rays will only go to the bottom of the cabin itself. The powerful double beam of concentrated light, with a dispersion angle close to zero, invests the objects to be treated with a very high intensity. This allows the photons, and the energy they carry, to penetrate deep into the object, ensuring fast and deep curing.
Double Power Slab
By means of the effective dual Power Slab technology, all the heat generated by the LEDs will be channeled into the curing chamber, allowing the model to be cured to the optimum temperature of up to 80°C at maximum speed. The angle of the UV source, tilted at the right angle, transmits UV light to the entire inner surface. Combined with the innovative turntable, Light Box 2 ensures uniform and fully durable printing.

In fact, Vat Rest 2 is the specific 3D Business container designed to conveniently deposit all FEPs committed to 3D printing. The resin will then remain homogeneous and ready for any future use. Vat Rest 2 also houses a dedicated space inside to store all your tools, designed to meet every need.

Produced directly by 3D printing using the best raw materials and new technologies conceived by our engineering team, Business 3D Printers have remarkably low thermal conductivity. By ensuring high thermal and acoustic insulation, energy consumption is lowered.

3D Business experience guided the company to the conception of a system based on a closed-cell honeycomb structure, which forms the bones and skin of the walls of printers and curing booths.
The wall structure consists of a honeycomb arrangement of air cells. The rhomboidal cell structure is not only the secret to perfect thermal and acoustic insulation, but also ensures its incredible mechanical strength as well as lightness and structural rigidity.
A special feature of this material is also its total imperviousness to UV rays, a fundamental characteristic for machinery working with UV resins.

The material that makes up more than 80 percent of our machines is based on polylactic acid which is produced from renewable raw materials, essentially corn “digested” by natural enzymes. At the end of their lives, all 3D Business products are compostable.
