Technical Data of Fusion

PHASE 1 | T1 100°C

Duration at least 2 hours.
It is used to evaporate water from the cylinder and ensure the success of the next steps. Then bring, also quickly, to T2 250°C.

FASE 2 | T2 > T3 250°C > 550°C

Minimum duration 3 hours, better 4 hours or more for particularly massive objects.
This is the critical phase of resin expansion and sublimation, slowly raising the temperature is a must (MAX 2°C/min). Bring then also quickly to T4.

FASE 3 | T4 >740°C > 780°C

Minimum duration 3 hours better if 4 hours and even longer for particularly massive objects.
At this stage, sublimation residues are burned off. Increase the stay at T4 in case of impurities in the melt. The optimal T4 is 780°C never exceed 800°c in any case 740°. There is the minimum temperature that guarantees a flawless result.
